What are Blood Sports[]
Blood Sports are Player versus Player (PvP) gamemodes in which participating players aim to complete the objective of the chosen mode. The maximum amount of players per match is 16 players, but it can be started with a minimum of six players..
Once the required amount of players have queued for the gamemode, the system will send a confirmation window to each player. For those who confirm it, will be transported to the zone. For those who do not, they will be left as they were.
Although it is requiered a set amount of players to start the countdown for the gamemode, they are not needed to accept the invite to start said gamemode.
In order to participate in a Blood Sports match, one must click the icon on the lower left toolbar (skull icon), and then choose the gamemode the player wishes to participate. Each one shows the players actual waiting to start a match, and the maximum amount of players that can enter.
Once a gamemode has ben chosen, one must click the "Join Queue" button to join the specified gamemode. If one wishes to participate in any one of the gamemodes that become available, then one must click the "Random Queue" button. Once clicked, the player will be set on a "waiting" stance for the lobbies. One is free to do anything else until the conditions have been fulfilled.
Blood Sports are divided by brackets of levels, so players are only allowed to match with others on the same bracket:
- Level 1-9
- Level 10-19
- Level 20-29
- Level 30-39
- Level 40-49
- Level 50-59
Rewards from these gamemodes vary, but all of them reward a different amount of Death Toll points, depending on the position of the winner, or if you were in the winning/losing team.
By participating in these gamemodes, there is no gear condition degradation and no ammo usage from your personal reserves (needs testing).
