To buy from Conflict Town Merchants, you need to:

  • Be of the same faction to which the Conflict Town is under control of.
  • Accumulate Merchant tier points from missions within the conflict town to access the 2nd and 3rd tiers of materials. 2500 points for the 2nd Tier, and 5000 for the 3rd Tier.
