Lockboxes

Some of the rarer drops from Mobs, these can be obtained from any enemy at any time, anywhere. The likelihood of one dropping increases as the difficulty of the mob increases, of course. A level one could, theoretically, get one from killing enemies in a starter town.

If accompanied by a key, these can result in anything from something amazing off the marketplace to rare tradeskill components you just can't afford.

They currently come in 6 flavors;
