Description

Defense Towns are locations that are attacked by waves of hostile NPC. Players from all factions are called to defend the town from the attackers. These areas also offer recipes for special Construction, Medicine, and Cooking items to aid players in the towns defense.

Ten waves of attackers charge the city becoming progressively larger and harder with Shiva's Blessed Boss at the end of last wave. This boss has special loot for crafting Stage 2 armor and G.O.R.E. weapons. Awareness of your surroundings is the key to success. Keep an eye on your health, and make sure to resuscitate any of your fellow defenders who may fall during battle.

Starting at level 45, players can accept the local Citadel mission The Blessed Army, as long as a Citadel Mission Bundle is active.

Notes

  • The more Windmills, Water Towers and Pumpjacks are placed, the more resources it spawns, but the more enemies it adds per wave, thus making it harded to defend for a small team.
  • If taking it back from the first time, the Citadel Bunker Bundle should be a priority to place at the entrance, so defense can be easier. Up to five of them can be placed.
