Little is known about the collars except that you're wearing one and they, by some unknown means, prevent wearers from causing harm to other people through direct action. There currently is no evidence that the collars are directly linked to the LifeNet system and there may be animals who wear collars. It is also not known whether it is possible to remove the collars.[1]
