• This NPC(s) only appear when the Gallows is controlled by a faction.
• In order to purchase from this merchant at Conflict Towns, one must belong to the same faction that currently controls said town.
• All merchants start on the first tier of item listing. Second tier is achieved at 2500 points, and third tier at 5000 points. These points are earned with a specific mission on town. These are lost when the faction loses control.
• Some items have limited quantity that you can purchase at once, but it replenishes as time passes. The merchant will refuse to sell you if you ask for more than one when you get close to the limit, and will notify you when they are out of said item.
