Exchange Defense Tokens at the Unique Component Merchant only after Progress Merchant Bundle, Stronghold Merchant Bundle or Citadel Merchant Bundle is placed in each town respectively. Note that in Progress Town and Stronghold, only Questionable Mutant Juniper is sold.
