• Toro Valley Road's End

Effects

• This effect debuffs your Pistol, Rifle, & Melee skills to 60.
• Health is reduced to 250.
• Stamina is reduced to 125.
• Gamma is reduced to 125.

• Patch 2.4 April 25th,2012.- Level 20 PvP Debuff added to the game. Old equalizer debuff disabled.

Notes

• It also stacks with other PvP Debuffs, such as Level 15 PvP Debuff or Extreme PvP Debuff. In the case of the level debuff, only the lowest level one is applied. (Ex: if you enter a Level 15 PvP zone, then a Level 20 PvP zone as a level 35, you will have both active, but only the Level 15 PvP debuff is applied).
