Effects

• This effect debuffs your Pistol, Rifle, & Melee skills to 90.
• Health is reduced to 300.
• Stamina is reduced to 175.
• Gamma is reduced to 175.

• Patch 2.4 April 25th, 2012.- Level 30 PvP Debuff added to the game. Old equalizer debuff disabled.

Notes

• It also stacks with other PvP Debuffs, such as Level 20 PvP Debuff or Extreme PvP Debuff. In the case of the level debuff, only the lowest level one is applied. (Ex: if you enter a Level 20 PvP zone, then a Level 30 PvP zone as a level 35, you will have both active, but only the Level 20 PvP debuff is applied.
