Note
Blighted Pack Leader is Scavenger Boss summoned by using Tasty Blight Wolf Treat which can be crafted if you have the General Cooking knowledge.
The recipe for Tasty Blight Wolf Treat requires:
- Pristine Rabbit Meat - rare loot from Bunnies or Blood Rabbits,
- Pristine Venison - rare loot from Deer or Does, and
- Rare Spice Mix - rare loot from Human League Patrols.
These enemies can be found in Idyllic Valley which is located at the "X" on the Terminal Woods map with a bunny and a deer drawing on either side of it.
Once you use Tasty Blight Wolf Treat red "X" mark appears in Terminal Woods (west of Rock Bottom or in Deadfall (south of Foothills). Location depends on place where you will use that item. When you reach waypoint Blighted Pack Leader appears. This Boss can spawn 2-4 Blighted Pack Members around him in circle.
This Boss isn't hard to kill, he can be killed in team of 2-3 players. He has lot of health points so bring lot of ammo if you aren't melee build. Good tactic to kill him is that one player tank Boss and rest of team handle damage to Boss, kill respawning Blighted Pack Members and heal tank. Blighted Pack Leader can deal 300+ damage to each player in team/raid and 500+ insta damage to tank.
Except high tier of tradeskill components Blighted Pack Leader always drops 1-3x Impure Volatile Chemical and 1x random General Book. He has also approx 30% chance to drop lockbox key.
