In order to attack Project 432, you must first kill all the Mutant Handlers surrounding the cage.

Since the boss is located at a PvP Zone, players over level 15 will get the Level 15 PvP Debuff and the Extreme PvP Debuff if over level 30, being the latter a problem. It is recommended for high level players to seek help from players ranging levels 5-30.
