would you please remake the Template for achievement?
I would like it to be added to every achievement for which mission to get. They are achieves, which are for 2.3, 4 missions. I would like to add it to Template. For example, look at 'Til Kingman Come. after clicking, you see what I mean. Thanks
Sorry Lara I've been rather busy, and haven't had a chance to get around to this. If there is someone else on the wiki who would be able to help you out instead you might want to look to them. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
I very like idea in To Do list, 6th point there. True is that in game are many many multiple named enemies, lot of them with special rare or serendipity items and players are often confused who drops item. That's why I always describe that into Additional Information on Enemy page (for example Enemy: All-Mind Locus). If it's possible this fix should be good to make as primary. :)
Aethaeran please let us know if you manage to implement that and then I can fix (remove) these "Additional Informations" from many multiple enemies. :)
well ive checked the template its ok. it only asks to parse [name]and [category:enemies]. even if you ask just [category:enemyies] it shows a lot of npcs and some locations.
so i think the thing is Union is a sub category of humanoids while humanoids is sub of enemies thats why it brings this guy here.
Good call, that's it. All the NPCs with a subtype, which is a sub of humanoids/enemies, are listed in both NPC and Enemy table (Union, Outsiders, Shiva's Favored, White Crow, Blood Horde ...).
The only solution I see is to remove the category: Humanoids from the faction page and add category: NPC Factions. I've done this for Shiva's Favored now and it works. Only thing is, that Shiva's Favored are not listed under Enemies - Humanoids anymore.
There is another possibility. Open the page of the city, where they have not changed, somewhat open all NPCs (in Firefox or Chrome where it opening in panels next to each other). Every NPC re-publish, after the updates, update page town. And it should all be correctly displayed NPC and classified according to the new division. It's a tedious task, but probably the most effective. ... Next time I will prefer to invent anything, due to complications;-)
Now I'm noticing our wiki isn't refreshing like it should. In response, I've started using a script called MassNullEdit to mass purge the caches on Locations and NPC pages. They should all be fixed soon enough.
In my humble opinion, anything that functions as a Converser (That is anything you interact with that gives you Missions or dialogs.), should have the type parameter as Converser. Always up for a discussion though.
Alternatively, I could just bring back the one NPC table per Location page (Rather than having a seperate section for each type), and then add the Type parameter in a sortable column.
This way would also save space on the page. Might possibly lead to this route. Though it would mean having to restructure the Category Tree for NPCs so that we don't get duplicates as it did before.
Yeah, I've noticed this new category and IMHO it's the most suitable for the above mentioned objects. They are just there during the World Event. You can't interact (talk, attack), similar to a neutral Town Patrol.
That's an automated message sent to anyone that makes an account then edits a page =P
Ah jealous! That book is one of the few Knowledges my crafter is missing out on. I haven't been playing games much as of late, spring finally arrived here so I've been getting into more outdoorsy things. I'll hit you up on Steam one of these days, and we'll catch up. Best wishes
Hey there Aethaeran, my name is Doug and I'm a member of Wikia's Community Development Team! Wikia is creating an exciting Key Moments of MMO History video that will showcase several amazing games of the genre. We're looking for admins of MMO wikis who would be interested in submitting a short vocal narration about their game of choice.
We want to ask you the question What is the most important moment in Fallen Earth's History?
If you're interested, please record an MP3 voice narration of your answer, a few sentences to a small paragraph is fine. If you have no recording software and are still interested, we can schedule a Skype call to record! Please send the finished recording to firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be featured in the video to represent your community! Thank you and have a good one! As part of our Communication Improvement Project I have posted a proposal discussion on our forum to address inactive administrators and bureaucrats. A news item on our Main Page guides wiki users to the discussion. Please review the proposal, and contribute your best ideas regarding this recurring issue. Thank you.
Hi again, Aethaeran. I was looking at the user log, and happened to notice that neither you nor Gurmil have logged on since late September. Although I hope this is a seasonal issue, I am concerned that this might be one of those "near miss" events where activities do not overlap.
Please reply when you have the chance to let me know you are still active. I noticed a couple of minor vandalizing comments I wanted to pass onto you at some time. I cannot remove them as an editor. Thanks!
