Hey there, listen, I'm in need of a friend right about now, and you might be the closest thing I've got. I'm in training to be a guard and I've been busting my ass, trying to get in good with the Enforcers. Even though they're our allies, a lot of them don't think much of us Techs. Anyway, I've, uh, I've taken on too many tasks and I just can't... I can't do it all.
Look, I was tending to some prisoners for Sergeant Henderson. He was out drinking a little too late and asked me to cover for him. Well, I screwed up and this Vista free got free and ran off. Apparently he's responsible for the deaths of at least a dozen Techs. Blew up a mine I think. I need you to hunt him down for me and make sure he doesn't cause any more trouble. I'm pretty sure he was going to be executed anyway, so just kill him when you find him. That's what the other Enforcers do with escapees.
