My boxes! They're gone! They've got all my magic gear in them! Lucky hats! Trick scarves! They're gone!

Mitchell France. He hit me up for spare chips. He's broke again, of course. I don't have money to spare. So he pulled a gun and took my boxes. Probably pawned them off.
So, hunt him down and kill him!
I can't. Not without making a big mess, anyway. First off, he's the son of one of the heroes of Hoover Dam. Second, Travelers don't kill other Travelers without being ready to make restitution.
