Mission:

You think you've got a bite but it turns out you snagged a muffler, and the line breaks. Hmm, wierd... all the fish are dead here, anyway. Wonder what made them go belly up?

You scoop a fish from the shallow bank -- it's covered in a filmy, thick pond scum and blood oozes out from between the gills. The fish feels squishy, like a rotten fruit. Could this be some... epidemic of a viral hypotonic shock syndrome? Whatever caused this, the fish pretty much exploded on the inside.
