Their courier is dead, but we have not sent a message yet. There are two things you must do now. The Travelers work with their loathsome Techs to develop their drug. Find the Tech supply caravan heading to Credit Bend and destroy the supplies. Then take some of the broken vials over near Credit Bend and leave them at their doorstep. This will reinforce a message that I will send them that we will kill everyone involved with this "storm" until they stop it from getting to the CHOTA.

You smash the box and its contents litter the ground. You grab a container of some of the broken and busted vials. Now head to Credit Bend and leave them near the city.
