Open the document titled "Federal Resource Reclamation Strategy."

A warning message appears covering the other windows. It reads: "Employee retinal scan required".

Another window replaces the warning message: "Retinal scan anomaly detected. Employee 10-Beta-5 reported deceased. Ten seconds to emergency procedure activation."

Another window replaces the warning message: "Retinal scan failed. Secondary security measures activated. Enter password within ten seconds or emergency procedures will commence."

The computer emits a quick series of loud beeps, and the monitor freezes up on a blue screen. One of the Outsider guards begins talking to someone over a communication device in his helmet. Leave quickly and return to Jeremy Bouler.

What's that? Federal...I don't know why they'd call anything a "federal" strategy. There's no "federation" any more. Unless... but that's crazy. I mean, it's jsut stupid to think they're trying to rebuild the government or something.

I think they are on to me though. I sort of triggered an alarm.
