Description
I'm unfamiliar with the language beyond being able to recognize the alphabet. It could be Russian, Ukranian, Kurdish, or even Yupik Indian. However, Andrei Kostin may be able to help you. I believe he loaned a Russian dictionary to your friend, Ben Carson. Illegally, I might add! I can only imagine the wear and tear that book endured during its voyage to Northfields and back! Regardless, Andrei can read a number of pre-Fall languages, and often researches history.

Pasty was right. I think I can help. This book is in Russian. I can make out the gist of it. It seems to be about a program called Whitewash. I get the impression it was some sort of psychological experiment. I'll need to translate more to understand it better. I've known them to put down notes in Russian - very bad Russian - before.
