I just got here from Clinton FARM, but it looks like I may already be too late. Odenville is foul!

Even as the plants are dying, the people burn dirty fuels to light their streets at night. Have you ever heard of anything so wasteful? But our "dear allies" the CHOTA protect this place and tolerate its vileness, so we must as well. So we will find a way to restore some life to this land.
