With all the ways the people here destroyed the forest, we need to encourage regrowth. Here are some seeds that might thrive in that patch of good soil in the "old" part of the forest. Maybe you could plant them? I'd go myself, but with all the beetles out there, it's more of a "clone" kind of job.
