Poor Marlene. She's been down here since jsut before the muties took over, crying most nights. Listen, I may be a part of what happened down here. I mean, I never burned no farms or kidnapped folks, but I done my share of raiding in the Night Wolves. Seeing her like this... well... Anyway I feel bad is all, and the way I see it, I got a pocket full of chips that don't fully belong to me.

You been helping the slaves, but I say you gotta kill the slavemasters. Big, mean bastards. You take out a few of them and the slaves can make a break for it all on their own. What do you say?
