This is terrible... crazy even. I knew something was going on, but I had no idea that the Blackridge project had been infiltrated by Earthbound. I've felt responsible for Esteban and Lena ever since their parents died out there... I even spoke to the right people about getting Lena good assignments despite the fact she decided to join the Eco-Warriors rather than the Rangers. And with all that, she decided to work at the place her parents died.

All of that matters little now. A man's life is on the line. We need to get in there and rescue him. First, I want you to to connect with a contact of mine in Blackridge. Doctor Mindi Evens is the community general practitioner. She's corresponded with me frequently about the strange dealings of the people at the chemical plant, and I've learned to trust her judgement.
