Mission:

Ranger Moshe Kemp in Shangri-La wants you to take care of the Black Hoods and Theoreticians who have invaded the valley.

Ranger Moshe Kemp

A lot of people would like access to this geothermal station, and if they had it they'd keep it for themselves. Once we have it up and running, we hope to share the power generated here with others throughout the sector.

Anyway, the point is, there are some scary folks sniffing around the valley. It seems that the Techs and Travelers have finally figured out a way into Shangri-La. Some of our scouts have spotted a few unsavory sorts lurking in a canyon all too close to here. I need someone like you to discourage them from venturing any further into the valley.
