Would you mind doin' me one more favor? I know Meredith Rice has some chickens, and she was talkin' about a problem like this a while back. She managed to figure out somethin', I gather. Could you go talk to her for me, and see what she done? She can HAVE my chickens if she wants, I don't care what happens to 'em anymore, as long as they aren't left to starve. I ain't cut out for raisin' chickens that'd sooner claw your eye out than lay an egg.
