I recognize you. Lawmen everywhere are spreading word of what you look like. Everyone's been cheering you on for the work you do for the common man.

I might ask you for some help, if you're interested. Name's Stoat. This place is all sorts of messed up, what with them Union folks squeezing the life out of the citizens and taking law one step too far. Seems' like everyone's here to fight them, too, even the damn CHOTA. Imagine that? Sharing goals with those crazy waster bastards?

Anyway, more to the point, the Union chased out a guy last week who apparently spoke out against them. Ain't no way he's going to survive for long out in the wastelands, not a cushy guy like him. I need you to find where his body ended up and check him for anything he might have taken with him.
