Ah, Oscar sent you, right? Well, you'll get along just fine here as long as you abide by our rules. what are the rules? Simple, really. Mind your own business, stay away from the chemical plant and don't start anything. Other than that, you're on your own.

No. Nothing to hide. We've just had a few difficulties because we started out as a Vista settlement. Cleaning up the chemical plant takes a lot of work, and folks don't like to be pestered. I just don't want anyone causing any trouble.

I don't really think you would, but some folks just like to stir things up. We realized early on that the job of cleaning up this plant was too big for just the Vistas, so we've recruited from outside our own faction. Some folks haven't taken too well to this, and there have been problems on both sides. Some of the hardcore vistas think we're up to no good with the Techs, and some Techs think we're subverting their people or something.

It's very polluted, so only those who have been properly trained should enter the area. We've discovered that the waste from the plant is seeping into the surrounding water and soil, so if we don't finish this job soon it could spread throughout the forest. Who knows -- it may even infect Gaia.
