Although not an official town, the Mowbray LifeNet Pod is the only active LifeNet facility north of the Mowbray Basin Tunnel. Many refugees from Pinkston have taken up residence here, taxing the local LifeNet technician's resources. even some Judges who have become Apostates have fled here, although they've been mostly pushed back into the Mowbray Basin Tunnel.
Despite having no trainers and only the merchants at the garage, there are a few missions for a clone who doesn't simply run past the location on their way to Pinkston or Mowbray.
