Description

New Toro is in fact the New Toro Power Facility. Its primary purpose was to provide backup power to GlobalTech's numerous facilities. Once under the control of the Night Wolves, the facility has now been taken over by mutants.

Most of these mutants consider themselves to be above the rest of humankind, especially their leader, the powerful Argus.
