The Pumphouse (AKA Pump House Road) is a small town east of Blaine, where the residents moved in after the gas that previously made the area uninhabitable cleared. However, the townspeople soon found their work cut out for them as mutant bugs and rodents of all types started living in the same area.
The Enforcers have a camp located in the area and are trying to help clear the town of the pests and make the town attractive to the Bankers, while the CHOTA like the town as it is, filthy and filled with wild animals.
