Better the town?! They're bleeding us dry of chips to fund the completion of their precious New Flagstaff. Even the clocktower that was supposed to be their great monument to progress in Devon Township is only half-finished! There's no on here with money left to purchase anything, and food supplies are getting scarce. Wallace and I have sold most of our store's stock for next to nothing to keep this town going. We don't have the money Moira wants.
